I was just wondering if this Netbook would be worth it?

Kevo, if I were you I would not buy that netbook. It is using the Windows CE operating system which is designed for small devices like the Palm or Blackberry (not those exact devices, but competing products of the same size). I don’t know that much about Windows CE, but I would NOT assume that it will support Flash or similar browser extensions. Unless you can go to a store that sells Windows CE devices and get some hands-on time with them, I think you would be taking a big risk of disappointment by buying something like that sight unseen.

I think I understand what you would like to do. For that, you should get a regular netbook with Windows XP on it. (Windows 7 Starter would be better, but the XP models are cheaper, especially the older ones, and I gather you are looking for rock-bottom pricing.)

If you want to buy on ebay, just search for “windows xp netbook” and see what comes up. With some patience, you should be able to get something for under $200. Do a little research before you put in a bid. Take a trip to Best Buy or similar store to do a little test typing on some of the models there to see what brands you like. Don’t waste your money on something oddball like the unit you were looking at on ebay before. Save up if you need to. Better to spend a little more on something useful rather than a little less on something that just isn’t going to work for you. I’d stick with the major brands: Asus, Dell, HP, Acer, Gateway, eMachines, Lenovo, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung, Sony, Compaq, etc., and stay away from anything else even if it’s a few dollars less.
